Meet The Team

Michael Walton

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, where my early years were shaped by discipline and competition. I trained in martial arts from a young age, earning a 2nd-degree black belt in Kenpo and a 1st-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Along the way, I competed across the country, including a 2nd-place finish in the Junior Olympics—an experience that instilled focus, resilience, and drive. After graduating high school, I jumped straight into entrepreneurship by running a small grocery store in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. That hands-on experience taught me the fundamentals of business ownership and customer service. In 2004, I transitioned into real estate full-time as a licensed Realtor. By 2009, I purchased my first rental property—the very house I grew up in. That marked the beginning of my journey as an investor. Over the next several years, I acquired, renovated, rented, and self-managed seven more properties in Philadelphia, building both experience and a passion for real estate investing.
Today, I remain committed full-time to real estate—focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily and apartment buildings while continuing to grow a strong, community-focused portfolio.
